POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at BaoBae, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to BaoBae. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

1) Delivery time outline above is for reference only. For delivery update, please see order details under My Account.

2) Free delivery in Hong Kong for orders above HK$600. Orders below HK$600 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of HK$45. Same day express delivery will incur an additional HK$100 fee (express service only available for weekday orders). Personalized items can NOT be expressed, please refer to product page for production lead time. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add hello@baobae.com to your safe sender list.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item, you may return products for a full refund within 7 days in original packaging. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. BaoBae.com will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. Store credit/exchange will be issued for goods accepted for exchange, and full refund shall be issued for faulty items. Please ensure that the items are returned/posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in the post. We advise that you use a signed for service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders which get lost in the post. Please note that BaoBae.com is not and will not be responsible for postage or PayPal costs for any item that is returned or exchanged. Once the faulty item has been approved for return, we will credit the original card used for purchase in the amount of the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. All final decisions subject to BaoBae.com discretion.

USING STORE CREDIT

To use a store credit, sign into your BaoBae account; you will see your store credit on the "My Account" page. Upon checking out, the store credit will be deducted from your total. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your BaoBae account to be used on future purchases.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order.
